Overview:

The Business Development Associate plays a critical role in helping livingHR achieve continued growth and expansion.  Reporting to the Principal, Growth + Experience, and working in collaboration with Product Solution Experts, the ideal candidate is someone excited to join a startup-like organization, use their HR knowledge + experience, and be willing to expand responsibilities outside of this job description when necessary.

Impact
  • Generate new business opportunities by finding and qualifying leads through various pipeline generating methods and strategies
  • Build and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities
  • Network with Market Influencers, Consultants, and Industry Partners
  • Identify key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our CRM solution
  • Work closely with Principals to secure meetings with qualified leads
  • Participate in Discovery and Scoping conversations
  • Manage and track your pipeline using our CRM solution and tech stack


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar SDR or Sales Support Role
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and independent self-starter with strong organization, decision-making, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed, and work as an individual contributor as well as part of a larger team
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and a desire to succeed
  • Adaptability to new initiatives


Nice To Haves
  • Experience in HR or HR Consulting
  • Experience using CRM and Sales Technologies
  • Previous experience selling Professional Services and/or selling to HR Leaders
  • Strong interest in technology

$41,000 to $55,000 Base with an OTE of $75,000
