Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Administrator to support the Chief Culture Officer at the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with a warm and positive personality, capable of handling the dynamic nature of an early-stage startup while maintaining consistency and accountability. As a growing organization the HR Administrator will play a very crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the HR department. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and gain exposure to various HR projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the HR field.
\n- Manage HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, and compliance paperwork
- Serve as first line of support for employee questions and concerns, escalating to Chief Culture Officer as necessary
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions
- Assist with creating and executing onboarding process to enhance the new hire experience
- Contribute to performance management and employee development programs, become subject matter expert in HR and engagement technologies
- Create executive presentations to support HR initiatives and communicate key metrics
- Collaborate with HR leadership to take on additional HR projects and responsibilities as the company grows
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in HR administrative role or similar position
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
