Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize IaC tools to manage and provision infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Monitoring and Logging: Set up monitoring solutions and centralized logging for proactive issue detection and resolution.
- Collaboration: Facilitate communication between development and operations teams to enhance overall efficiency and quality of software delivery.
- Security: Implement security best practices throughout the development and deployment processes.
- Automation: Identify opportunities for automation, reducing manual intervention in routine tasks.
- Cloud Services: Work with cloud providers to optimize infrastructure and leverage cloud services effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps role or a related field.
- Proven experience in a DevOps culture or similar position.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Proficiency knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
- Strong knowledge with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of IaC principles and tools (e.g., Terraform).
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Experience with the entire software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in building and maintaining custom tools and scripts.
