We are looking for a Sr. Paid Media Specialist to join our talented and growing marketing team. As a Sr. Paid Media Specialist, you will set up, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns for our growing client base. You will be responsible for driving the strategy, implementation and management of paid social and search campaigns on behalf of our clients, while directly impacting the success of Luxury Presence and the world’s most elite real estate agents.

- 4+ years of experience creating, managing and optimizing campaigns in Facebook/Instagram and Google
- A technical understanding of ad tracking technologies, including how to set up and analyze ad tracking results end to end
- Managed a large book of clients in-house or at an agency
- A deep understanding of all major advertising platforms and ecosystems and can optimize against a variety of metrics
- Fundamental knowledge of how sales funnels are structured
- A hunger for continuous growth through rapid testing and learning frameworks
- Knowledge of digital marketing for real estate businesses or agents
- Advanced knowledge of various digital marketing frameworks
