About the Role
As an Onboarding Manager at Mangomint, you will build impactful relationships with our customers to ensure they fully understand, utilize and adopt our software platform. You’ll establish a strong rapport with key stakeholders and execute a process-driven onboarding experience.
You’ll work directly with customers to document their desired outcomes, complete product training, configure their Mangomint account, import their data, and roll out the product to their users.
In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of onboarding projects across salons and spas in the US & Canada. In addition, you’ll work with and be supported by several other Mangomint teams as you lead our customers through their onboarding journey.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with customers and prospective customers to help them adopt mangomint in their salon or spa
- Track onboarding tasks against a scheduled timeline, execute onboarding efforts, and coordinate with internal staff to ensure milestones are met on a timely basis
- Prepare and conduct onboarding sessions via screen share, Zoom, etc.
- Measure, track and analyze results to optimize onboarding programs
- Strive for 100% customer satisfaction and happiness during the onboarding process
- Convey the voice of the customer as you partner with engineering, marketing, product and sales to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- Become a trusted resource for business best practices and advice in the salon and spa industry
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS environment (vertical SaaS experience is a plus)
- Experience working with our internal tools or similar systems such as CRM systems (Salesforce), online project management tools (Notion), and internal communication tools (Slack)
- Strong Excel skills and comfortability manipulating and importing large amounts of data
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills and the ability and ease to interact with every level of customer to quickly build trust
- When it comes to the details, you are painstakingly accurate and consistently thorough all while managing your time appropriately
- Strong team player who can also be self-sufficient and work autonomously
- The ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment
- Empathetic - you want to help and serve our customers to become Mangomint promoters
- You are passionate about organization and can adhere to and improve organizational systems. If there’s a way to reduce redundant work, you’re on it
