Hinge is on a mission to change that by designing the most effective app experience. On Hinge, there are no rules, timers, or games. Instead, you’ll have unique conversations over the text, photos, and audio you’ve shared on your profile. And it’s resonating with daters. Currently we’re setting up a date every three seconds.


About the Role

Hinge is on a mission to foster meaningful connections, and we're looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Sourcer to help us grow our team. This is a 6-month, part-time contract for 15-20 hours per week, fully remote, that offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by engaging with potential candidates and shaping their first impressions of our company. You will play a pivotal role in finding individuals who share these values and are driven to innovate in the dating app space. This role is perfect for someone who is charismatic, perceptive, adaptable, and excels in communication, offering a chance to contribute meaningfully to our mission while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Responsibilities
  • Ambassador for Hinge Values: As the first point of contact, you will embody and promote our core values of authenticity, courage, and empathy, setting the tone for candidates' journeys.
  • Candidate Screening Interviews: Conduct initial screening interviews using standardized scripts and rubrics to consistently evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and alignment with our culture.
  • Rubric Completion: Accurately complete detailed evaluation rubrics and notes for each candidate, provide timely, constructive feedback, and ensure feedback forms are submitted within 24 hours using the Lever system.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead to refine candidate selection processes and discuss evaluations. Participate in bi-weekly meetings to identify trends and insights from candidate interactions. Maintain professional and engaging communication with candidates to foster a positive experience.
  • Documentation: Keep precise records of all candidate interactions in the Lever ATS, ensuring prompt delivery of all required documentation to the Talent Acquisition Lead.


What We're Looking For
  • Experience in technical hiring or HR within growing tech companies, especially within the dating app sector.
  • Proficiency with Lever ATS, GoodTime Scheduling, GoogleSuite, Slack, Zoom, and other hiring and recruiting tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, driven by the goal of fostering meaningful connections.


Schedule & Location
  • Remote work with a flexible schedule within the hours of 10 AM to 6 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
  • Part-time, approximately 15-20 hours per week.

$40 - $45 an hour
Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York City. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
