We are hiring a world-class Growth Marketing Recruiter to help us build the dream team that will scale Live it Up to a $1B+ company. This is not your typical recruiter role. We need someone highly strategic who will act as both a talent acquisition expert and a team-building strategist. You will be responsible for finding, attracting, and securing top-tier growth talent while ensuring our hiring strategy aligns with our company’s mission, values, and long-term vision. The perfect candidate has hired performance marketers in paid media, CRO, SEO, content strategists, and retention managers.

As a Growth Marketing Recruiter, you will be the go-to person for hiring across all functions. You will work closely with leadership to define hiring needs, create job descriptions, build search plans, and execute seamless recruitment processes. You will also take a proactive role in shaping our employer brand, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring that our recruitment approach reflects the ambitious, fast-moving, and high-performance culture of Live it Up.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
What You’ll Do
- Lead our hiring strategy: Own and refine our recruitment process, ensuring we attract the best talent in the market.
- Hire Paid Media experts: Google, Meta, & CRO.
- Find the best of the best: Source and recruit top growth, tech, and operations talent with an emphasis on speed, precision, and quality.
- Act as a strategic hiring partner: Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, build search strategies, and create structured interview processes.
- Optimize hiring funnels: Test, iterate, and improve our recruitment pipeline to reduce time-to-hire while maintaining quality.
- Develop an A+ employer brand: Craft compelling job descriptions, build talent marketing campaigns, and position Live it Up as a top destination for high-performers.
- Innovate on talent sourcing: Go beyond traditional recruiting methods—leverage referrals, outbound sourcing, events, communities, and unconventional channels to find hidden talent.
- Ensure hiring excellence: Standardize processes to ensure we consistently hire candidates who align with our mission, values, and high-performance culture.
- Own end-to-end hiring execution: From sourcing and screening to interview coordination and closing offers, you will drive every stage of recruitment.
- Create talent playbooks: Build scalable frameworks, sourcing strategies, and interview guides to streamline our hiring process as we grow.
- Represent Live it Up externally: Build relationships, network, and actively engage with top talent to promote our brand and attract the best candidates.
- Close the deal: Use your expertise to secure top-tier hires, ensuring we bring on candidates who are aligned with our mission and culture.
- Proven experience in recruiting top-tier growth and marketing talent in high-performance, fast-paced environments.
- Experience hiring for DTC, eCommerce, or startup companies is highly preferred.
- Ability to think strategically while executing with precision and speed.
- Experience in both recruiting and employer branding, with a strong ability to craft compelling job descriptions and hiring strategies.

- Deep understanding of the startup mindset and what it takes to build an elite team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

- Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented, with a track record of improving hiring pipelines and reducing time-to-fill.
