We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities

  • Chat with client via Voxer and transcribe voice memos to notes / lists / documents 
  • Manage inbox
  • Manage DMs, likes, engagement
  • School outreach
    • Create a list of schools where client has spoken
    • Create a list of similar schools and POC 
    • Work with client on a draft email to send to schools and have her approve
    • Hand off warm leads to client 
  • Manage Amazon shop
  • Manage podcasts
    • Assist in various ways with potential editing, show notes, finding sponsors
    • Repurpose podcasts clips into highlights for Instagram 
    • Repurpose podcasts into YouTube shorts
  • Manage Trello
    • Keep track of to-do items, reminders, etc. 
  • Manage Zoom links and calendar changes 
  • Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed

Requirements
  • Experience in social media / digital marketing  (a must) 
  • Experience as a digital creative (a must)
  • Professional
  • Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
  • Good grammar
  • Intuitively organized
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-starter
  • 10-15 hours per week
  • Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Zone
