We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities
- Create and send out consistent newsletter
- Build out the Amazon author page
- Create and manage merchandise
- Brainstorm
- Manage book
- Send books to 5 people (work on who, addresses, etc.)
- Reach out to bookstores for signing
- Help gather book reviews
- Give structure
- Schedule and find speaking events
- Create and manage a consistent mailer
- Assist with various other projects / tasks
- Platforms:
- Shopify
- Google Suite
Requirements
- Experience as an Online Business Manager (a plus)
- Experience as a project manager (a plus)
- Experience working with authors (a plus)
- Knowledge of reiki / spiritual healing (a plus)
- Ability to manage up
- Excellent communicator
- Detail oriented
- Intuitively organized
- Self-starter
- 10 hours per week (availability to grow as role grows)
- Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone
