Monte Carlo is looking for a Revenue Systems Manager to help us build a world-class revenue operations engine. This person will leverage both in-depth technical knowledge of sales tools and a strategic mindset to optimize all aspects of our revenue stack. Scrappy, self-starter with a high ownership mindset, you’ll easily transition between day-to-day administration of our sales tools and more complex cross-functional builds to recommending strategic improvements to deliver on our GTM strategy.
In this role, you will own our proprietary mix of tools, processes, and platforms to make reps and managers more efficient and effective. You will proactively think about the business and customer journey end-to-end, understand and anticipate areas of impact and improvement as the company continues to grow and evolve.
What gets you excited
Managing a Go-To-Market stack from end to end - including the provision, renewal, and deprecation of tools in our stack. You’ll partner with cross-functional leaders on enablement to drive adoption.
Serving as the primary administrator for Salesforce - overseeing system development, configuration and maintenance of Salesforce and related 1st and 3rd Party tools to meet business requirements.
Developing and optimizing technology and processes across our stack to streamline each step in the lead > billing cycle as well as sales forecasting/analysis.
Conducting regular system audits and performance monitoring to identify and address issues proactively, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity
Collaborating with cross-functional partners in Sales, CS + marketing to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements to support our GTM strategy
What gets us excited
6-8 years experience in Sales/Revenue Systems including CRM (Salesforce Required), Sales Automation/Intelligence Tools (Gong), Sales Intelligence Tools (ZoomInfo), Data Hygiene (Ringlead), Lead Routing + Meeting Management (LeanData, ChilliPiper), Automation (Rattle)
Certifications: Salesforce Certified Admin, Advanced Salesforce Certified Admin preferred
Proficient in building and maintaining systems around system durability and accuracy - including enforcing data quality and hygiene, system accuracy and uptime building trust in GTM tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, coupled with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer success to streamline and optimize the end-to-end sales process.
Having a product owner mentality with focus on usability and design.
