HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

As a Senior Associate, Ad Operations you will play a crucial role within our marketing operations  team by executing and optimizing partner marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Audience and Rev Ops team(s) to ensure campaigns are launched on time, meet campaign goals, and contribute to the overall marketing success of our partners.


Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement to ensure delivery, performance and margin goals for the campaigns assigned.

- Adhere to best practices and standards for ad trafficking, campaign management, ad quality assurance, and full funnel optimization.

- Manage operational execution and optimization throughout the advertiser campaign lifecycle.

- Assist in development and execution of strategic plans to optimize ad operations processes and workflows, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of advertising campaigns.

- Maintain a strong understanding of media monetization strategy, along with a focus on digital revenue channels, integral in achieving and exceeding revenue goals.

- Continuously analyze, test, and optimize yield across direct and O&O channels to drive incremental revenue while balancing user experience and brand objectives.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align yield strategies with broader business goals and deliver seamless ad experiences for our audience.

- Work with internal teams to execute needed ad tagging changes, implement products, or enrich technologies to improve advertising offerings.


QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising/marketing operations, or related.

- Demonstrated success in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.

- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including ad serving technologies, paid media advertising, ad exchanges, and data management platforms.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, conduct marketing tests, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally with content and design teams.

- Comfortable and skillful in advertising across LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms.

- Proficient in analytics tools and email marketing platforms.


COMPENSATION $75,000 *Final offers for this job will be made commensurate with experience. Total offer package to include benefits highlighted under our perks section below.
