This is a remote UK-based role, that will require working a day in a co-working space in London once every two weeks.
The Role
The HR and Operations Executive position at Multilocal will sit within our People and Operations team and cover many different elements of Human Resource and People Operations.
We’re a remote, global organisation with teams in the UK, Philippines, South Africa, Brazil, Argentina and El Salvador. In this role you can work with colleagues from around the world, helping with talent acquisition, logistics, and HR queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Help with sourcing and hiring of new colleagues to join our organisation
- Coordinate preemployment checks
- Lead new starter inductions
- Helping logistically with the distribution of company equipment
- Planning and communicating company trips and offsites
- Dealing with employee administration tasks: bonus/offer letters
- Maintaining and reviewing company HR platform
- Be a champion company culture
- Being a go to member of the business for any queries/problems colleagues from around the world encounter
- Requirements & Skills
- Perfect for graduates or those with 6-12 months in HR/TA role
- Ability to work with discreet and trusted information
- A robust, structural approach when it comes to organisation
- Need to be adaptable, comfortable with changes and an ability to wear multiple hats
- A good communicator with a proactive attitude
- Constant desire for improvement, in HR and TA processes
- A measured, balanced and considered approach to problem solving
