The Role: We are looking for an experienced UI-focused Product Designer to take ownership of our “marketing” website from a design perspective, as well as our design system and components’ library. Responsibilities Own, maintain, and evolve our scalable design system that supports our website experience Take full ownership of the design for our public-facing marketing website, aligning design solutions with brand vision and business goalsConduct user research and testing to iterate and optimize designs for performance and key metricsCollaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designsChampion design thinking and critical problem-solving to improve collaboration and workflow efficiency across teamsLead design workshops and collaborative design reviews with team members and stakeholdersMentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance What you’ll need Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindsetGreat visual design skillsProven experience in UI design for SaaS websites and design systemsStrong proficiency in FigmaDeep understanding of user-centric design principlesExcellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or collaboratively within a teamStrong organisational and time management skills Why Multiplier?
