Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience is 10+ years
- Excellent working experience in designing and development in PHP, with expertise in Magento Commerce (Enterprise version).
- Hands on experience in B2C and B2B eCommerce application design and development using best practices and modern frameworks
- Strong understanding of Core PHP Concepts i.e. Data Modelling, Cronjobs, Rest APIs/GraphQL, Headless design, Laravel framework, MVC and OOPS concepts, Elastic Search, integrations with 3rd party systems
- Proficient in eCommerce solution architecture, including backend integrations and multi-site architecture.
- Experience with integrating 3rd party systems such as payment gateways, shipping APIs, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Proven ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Magento applications.
- Experience with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing and reviewing great quality code
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project
- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
- Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
- Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
- Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
- Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
- Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
