Job Description
- Understand Product roadmap, and technical scope of the project.
- Ensure timely delivery for Scrum/Kanban teams.
- Setup all Agile ceremonies in the project.
- Effective in knowledge transfer from on-site to off-shore.
- Effectively engage the client on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with IT project manager.
- Experience with Agile Coaching, Kanban, and Project Management Methodologies.
- Experience with either .Net or Java is a must.
- Experience with technical discussions with architects and proposing improvement ideas.
- Effective communication to present status updates to key stakeholders.
