Job Description
Must have Skills : SAP SD (Strong), SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud/On-Premise (Strong), SAP MM (Strong), SAP Retail (Strong), SAP Apparel (Capable).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP IS-Retail. There would be a greater focus on the Fashion retail aspect.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
- Design, customize, configure and test the SAP IS-Retail module
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
- Open to travel (50-100%
Qualifications
- At least 5-8 years of work experience in relevant retail consulting services
- engagements or business environments, implementing or using Retail business processes and applications
- Experience with SAP Fashion Retail in the following areas: Rebates, Pricing, Promotions, retail store operation, sales and distribution.
- Experience with SAP Retail (in one of the following areas: planning, PLM, Retail Financial, Supply Chain, and Finance is an added advantage.
- Good customizing and configuration skills in SAP IS retail as well as SAP SD ( and good experience in SAP MM will be an added advantage )
- Experience in setting up release procedures for PR and PO.
- Experience working with IS retail master data, assortments, listings, and merchandise distribution processes.
- Ability to support all stages of a SAP Retail implementation project.
- Profound understanding of Retail business processes.
- Understanding of integration points with the SD, MM, and FI/CO modules.
