Job Description
- Test Automation Development: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
- Test Planning: Collaborate with the QA team to create and maintain test plans and test cases, identifying areas suitable for automation.
- Test Framework Development: Design and implement test automation frameworks to streamline and standardize the automation process.
- Test Data Management: Create and manage test data sets required for automated testing.
- Continuous Integration (CI) Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and validation.
- Defect Reporting: Identify, document, and report software defects, issues, or inconsistencies.
- Regression Testing: Perform automated regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Cross-Browser and Cross-Platform Testing: Ensure the compatibility of software across different web browsers and platforms.
- Performance Testing: Collaborate with performance testing teams to automate performance and load testing scenarios.
- Code Review: Review and provide feedback on test automation code to maintain code quality and standards.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of automated test scripts, test cases, and test results.
Qualifications
- 6 + years of experience with API Testing, Cypress, and Java.
