About the project:
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Java Engineer to help us develop the platform and data abstractions that will scale as they continue to grow. We’re looking for someone who understand the challenges of the startup world, developers who are flexible and independent
You will be able to:
- Work hands-on with a highly skilled team of Engineers and Product Managers to ideate, build, and improve Boku payment products and features.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and assistance to the team to effectively execute product roadmaps and build scalable, easy-to-use applications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Operations teams.
- Think through customer's pain points and requirements and come up with a simple, elegant solution.
- Own the products that you build, become the domain expert, and be actively involved in strategic direction and product decisions.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing and release.
What will help you succeed in this role:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ Years of experience working in Development.
- 5+ Years of experience working with Java.
- 3+ Years of experience working with Rest APIs.
- 2+ Years of experience working with Angular OR React.js OR JavaScript.
- 2+ Years of experience working with service-oriented architecture and architecting APIs.
- 2+ Years of experience working with AWS.
- 2+ Years of experience working with Spring.
- Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
