About The Role:
Audio Operations Specialists understand and interpret crediting policies and procedures to properly assign listening credit from audio diaries.
Responsibilities:
• Assign listening credit to diary entries not automatically credited by the system
• Understand and interpret a complex set of business rules and procedures to appropriately assign credit
• Utilize Radio Station Information (RSI) and/or other data tables to assign entry credit
• Review diary keeper entries and/or diary images to assign appropriate and consistent credit within a sampling unit for a survey and phase.
• Input information into the Diary Processing & Crediting (DPC) application
• Manage assigned workload and adapt to reprioritization as necessary
• Adhere to quality and productivity goals
• Maintain files and reports
• Adhere to policy guidelines to determine the acceptability of data conditions present in inputs and outputs of the production system/process.
• Understand the crediting process and workflow
• Assist with special projects as needed to meet critical operations and/or client concerns.
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.
• High School degree required.
• 3 years experience in a production or related environment
• Proficient in a Windows-based environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, the Google Suite of tools, and internet research including use of various search engines
• Exhibits excellent analytical, research, and decision-making skills
• Ability to track complex processes that are in various stages of production
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet tight delivery deadlines, while maintaining a high-quality level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate, interact, and work in a team environment
• Must have a stable internet connection and the ability to work from home in a quiet setting
• Must live in the Mexico City surrounding area with the ability to commute to the office for orientation & onboarding.
