Scope of this role
The Director of Audience Measurement GTM EMEA will lead Nielsen's marketing initiatives across priority markets within the region. This role involves close collaboration with Sales and other cross-functional teams to create strategic plans that enhance brand recognition, product awareness, and overall growth throughout the customer journey. Working in partnership with other teams in Nielsen Marketing, you will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that bring customer-centric messaging to life and deliver measurable results that align with our business objectives.
\n- Collaborate with regional Sales leadership to align marketing and sales strategy to business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact between Marketing and the regional Sales team; communicating regularly on the impact of demand and lead generation marketing campaigns and tactics.
- Work in partnership with Product Marketing to develop and leverage market analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Oversee the prioritization and execution of the regional marketing strategy, translating Sales objectives and regional market/target audience segments into executable marketing initiatives- working with all marketing teams to support paid and owned marketing initiatives
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and communicate performance with key stakeholders
- Contribute to the company's overall strategic planning process and lead regional marketing planning
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred/or equivalent experience
- Proven years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of go-to-market and marketing strategy and experience implementing in a regional market
- Knowledge of media, marketing, measurement and advertising technology in key European markets
- Experience collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams across global markets; working in digital marketing, brand management, and marketing analytics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with experience in developing and communicating marketing performance and using marketing analysis to make data-driven decision
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
