We are currently looking for a Personalized Imagery Editor to join our Enrichment team.


About The Role:

Research and collect the best representative images at the highest level of quality available from web sites, studios, distributors, vendors, screen captures and related sources in a timely and accurate manner for use in recommendations solutions.

 

Responsibilities:


• Collect photos and other digital assets from publicists and websites to drive new media products.

• Establish and maintain relationships with television and studio content providers and vendors to secure information required for the company entertainment data products.

• Maintain an organized system of archiving photos and tracking metadata.

• Populate data fields in the internal database system associated with this data.

• Provide assistance to internal and external stakeholders and troubleshoot as needed.

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure that the department goals are met.

• Work efficiently within time constraints in order to meet weekly and monthly requirements.

• Being prepared to deal with changing requirements in a given day to meet the needs of the other teams and tools.

• Performs other duties as assigned by the management team.


Requirements/Qualifications:

 

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications with intermediate Excel skills required.

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and the Internet required.

• Effective research, communication, and organizational skills.

• Good judgment and interpersonal skills.  

• Must exhibit strong attention to detail and possess the ability to focus and self-motivate.

• Knowledge of film and television preferred.

• Able to deal with stress and time pressure, and able to make quick decisions.

• Able to identify reliable, accurate data from sources.

• Solid communication and time-management skills required

• Has excellent computer skills

• Has excellent written and verbal English skills.

• Quality-focused individuals with a high level of attention to detail.

• Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long periods - 6-8 hours per day

• Must be able to type on a keyboard and use a mouse for long periods - 6-8 hours per day

• Must be able to visually absorb data via a computer monitor for up to 6-8 hours per day

• Must be an active participant in team meetings to provide feedback

• Must be able to collaborate with remote peers daily

• If working remotely, the candidate must be able to lift up to 25 lbs to install computer equipment

• Must be able to respond promptly to internal/external communications

• Must be able to work independently with excellent communication and time management skills
