\n- Coordinate multiple delivery of multiple projects, develop cost-benefit analyses for the program, communicate to an executive committee, create and report program status utilizing a dashboard, allocate resources across multiple projects, define project governance policies, and manage the financial concerns of the program.

- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills; Strong business presentation skills and experience presenting to various levels of management.
- Sound analytical skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units.
- Utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization.
- Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.
- Must have a Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Candidates with HS or AA will also be considered but they should have more experience.
- The candidate will cross internal and external teams to keep software and work delivery on track but also maintain visibility on deadlines.
- Top skills need to be able to manage ambiguity in a complex space, and experience coordinating with stakeholders and/or multidisciplinary teams with great communication.
- Nice to have - supply chain management experience would be very helpful, the ability to put diagrams together, technology - Smart sheets, Microsoft Office. Some nice to have programs experience with are Gira and Confluence
- The candidate should be supporting a group that works with an external client but uses internal systems/processes to complete the work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field
