What you’ll do:
Forecasting: Support the marketing and sales team on forecasting activity and reporting on both departments trend to forecasts on a monthly basis
Funnel Optimisation: Analyse the marketing and sales funnel, lead generation and conversion rates to sales
Attribution: Analyse the uplift generated by marketing to sales activity and effectively attribute sales credit to each piece of the funnel
Data Visualisation: Own and maintain sales and marketing dashboards
Customer segmentation: Analyse customer and financial data to identify cohorts that present key business opportunities for sales and marketing
Measurement: Support team in establishing clear measurement plans for testing and report out on test results
What you’ll need :
6-9 years of marketing & sales analytics experience
Proficiency in analysing complex datasets, extracting meaningful insights, and identifying patterns, trends and opportunities using statistical techniques and tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualisation software.
Ability to analyse financial data, including revenue, costs, and profitability, and perform financial modelling and forecasting to support commercial decision-making.
Understanding of marketing channels, their tracking and reporting and potential impact to a business.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, and analysis. Familiarity with other analytics tools such as Python, R, or MATLAB can be an added advantage.
Ability to create accurate sales & marketing forecasts considering historical data, market trends, and seasonality.
Clear understanding and experience working on cross-channel attribution models. Bonus points if you have experience developing custom models
