What you'll do
As the NetSuite Manager, you’re a technical and functional hybrid, responsible for the management, optimization, and enhancement of our NetSuite ERP. You will work closely with various departments, including Finance, Financial Operations, and Operations, Product and Engineering, to streamline processes and improve business outcomes. You will also oversee technical integrations and customizations within the NetSuite platform, ensuring it meets the company’s operational needs across multiple countries and currencies.
Key Responsibilities:
NetSuite Management: Oversee the functionality and optimization of NetSuite OneWorld, including multi-country, inter-company, and foreign currency processes.
Process Improvement: Lead the optimization of key business processes within NetSuite, including O2C (Order to Cash), D2B (Demand to Build), R2R (Record to Report), and P2P (Procure to Pay).
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams such as Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to support process improvements and ensure NetSuite aligns with business needs.
Technical Oversight: Leverage SuiteScript and Node.js to enhance functionality and integrate NetSuite with other systems.
Integrations Management: Manage and oversee system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between NetSuite and other business-critical systems.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of NetSuite administrators and analysts, providing guidance on technical and functional NetSuite capabilities.

What you'll need
Functional Qualifications:
Strong understanding of core NetSuite with strong knowledge of inventory, inter-company, and multi-currency processes.
Extensive experience with NetSuite OneWorld, supporting multi-country instances and foreign currency management.
Core understanding of business processes such as O2C, D2B, R2R, and P2P.
Proficiency in advanced Excel for data reconciliation and reporting.
Candidate is ideally experienced in complex reconciliations between business critical systems
Technical Qualifications:
Technical background with experience in SuiteScript and a programming language (ideally node.js)
Proven experience in managing NetSuite integrations with external systems.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize the system for better performance.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing NetSuite in a global, multi-country environment.
Experience in both functional business process design and technical customization.
Strong understanding of financial operations, inventory management, and cross-border transactions within NetSuite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Advanced Excel skills for reconciliation and data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record of delivering system improvements and technical enhancements.
Engineering experience
SuiteScript experience
Experience working in a B2B marketplace or similar industry environment.
Competencies:
Business process optimization, financial operations, and multi-country NetSuite management. Understanding of general accounting (best) practices.
Technical expertise in SuiteScript, Node.js, and systems integration. Data migration experience.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with an ability to translate complex technical topics into business actions.
