Location: Mumbai (Remote/Hybrid)

Shift timings: Night shift (actual shift timings to be confirmed at a later stage)

Working days: Monday to Saturday

 We are looking for a Senior Stock Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be a team player, highly motivated, analytical, strategic and creative with excellent experience in building a good network and partnering to grow Nivoda’s seller community.

What you'll do:

  • Communicating with suppliers and providing application support 

  • Connecting with the Sales team to extend support to the new identified suppliers/existing suppliers

  • Maintaining a TAT to resolving the queries to suppliers

  • API integrations and mapping in NodeJS

  • Work closely with the Developers team and Sales team

What you'll need:

  • 4+ years' experience into Application Support     

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical issues efficiently.    

  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes of problems.    

  • Patience and empathy in dealing with users' issues.  

  • Ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms.  

  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize based on urgency and impact.    

  • Keeping detailed records of issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps.   

  • Generating reports on support activities, trends, and performance metrics.     

  • Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.     

  • Adaptability to changes in the application landscape and business requirements.     

  • Collaboration with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve the application.     

  • SQL understanding and working knowledge on queries, joints     

  • Live support experience required.    

  • Strong verbal and written English skills are needed to communicate within the company along with the clients.     

  • Dedicated, honest, highly energetic and possess positive approach   

  • Self-Driven individual and detailed oriented    

  • Experience with diamonds is a plus.          

Preferred Skills:     

  • Entry-level development experience or a strong drive to become a developer is an advantage.

  • Experience in handling API related issues     

  • Some exposure to coding is an added advantage.     

  • MS Excel skills 

  • Basics of Postman , VS Code, Git Hub.
