Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data from website analytics and social media platforms using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Craft insightful, data-driven stories to support marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Create and manage Google Sheets for tracking and analyzing key metrics.
- Design presentation slides to effectively visualize and communicate reports and insights.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to monitor, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance.
- Support marketing initiatives by identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights from data.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in Data Analytics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Basic familiarity with tools like GA4, Clarity, Hotjar, Meta Pixel and GTM is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, with the ability to create and work with complex spreadsheets.
- An eye for design and detail when creating visual reports and presentations.
- Passion for social media and website analytics, paired with a drive to learn and grow in the field.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely with a diverse team across regions.
