About the Job:
Our client, a leading fintech company based in the US, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Frontend Developer based in LATAM. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team focused on creating cutting-edge financial solutions.

Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of total experience in frontend development.
- Proven expertise in building complex web applications using modern frontend technologies.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in React: Deep understanding of React and its core principles.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript: Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Experience with Redux: State management and side effects handling.
- Familiarity with React Query: Data fetching, caching, synchronization, and background updating.
- Industry Experience:
- Previous experience working in the fintech sector is a plus, providing an edge in understanding financial applications and their unique challenges.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent English C1: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with the US-based team and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality frontend code for web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
