\n- Lead the development of new generative AI and LLM applications from concept to production using open-source models.
- Architect and implement scalable, efficient, and maintainable Python code for complex AI systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists, and engineers to design and optimize algorithms and models.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in generative AI and LLM technology.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, documentation, and best practices.
- At least 4 years of Python experience, especially with FastAPI, asyncio, WebSockets, and ast.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL (MySQL).
- Strong understanding of coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Familiar with generative AI models (LLMs) and passionate about exploring their potential.
- Experienced with Git and CI/CD, particularly using GitHub or similar platforms.
- Knowledgeable in backend and frontend integration with scalable code capable of supporting rapid growth.
- A team player who can adapt to various roles and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English or French.
