Position Overview: 

We're seeking a proactive and skilled individual to join our team as a UC Engineer, Microsoft Teams Operator Connect, Direct Routing, Webex Calling or Zoom Phone administration experience required. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in UC administration, particularly with experience in voice solutions and a willingness to learn other UC solutions: Cisco Webex and Zoom. The successful candidate will play a key role in deploying, configuring, and supporting our innovative solutions, directly contributing to the operational success of our partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and configure advanced voice solutions integrating with platforms like Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, and Zoom.
  • Lead training and customer onboarding sessions, educating customers on communication tools' functionalities and best practices and the iPILOT SaaS platform.
  • Offer exceptional technical support, assisting customers and partners with troubleshooting and issue resolution for Microsoft Teams, Webex, and Zoom voice.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration and implementation of unified communication solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and advancements in unified communications, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation within our solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Located in the United States.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Teams Voice, Zoom Phone or Webex Calling, complemented by practical experience.
  • Proficiency in managing and administering communication platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco Webex.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Microsoft Teams, Zoom Phone or Webex Calling administrative role involving technical readiness, training, support services, solution development, or technical engagement with customers.
  • Demonstrated expertise in pre-sales and post-sales engineering support.
  • Excellent technical delivery skills and the ability to conduct impactful customer-facing presentations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A quick learner, adept at adopting and mastering new technologies.
  • A strong, customer-centric approach dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
