Job description
As the ideal candidate you will be great at organizing and prioritizing, and have a focus on our client experience. You will quickly learn the details of our products, the role and be able to present our commercial offerings suite. Adapt to priorities and be a world class convergent thinker, working across functional units to ensure client satisfaction.
You will partner with a broad array of team members, including other members of our world-class product, sales, technology, credentialing, and support teams
- Primary focus to be on service-related activities
- Knowledge of BIS products and services
- Lead demonstrations of new products and services needs for Growth accounts
- Consult with clients on current and upcoming projects to define project specifications, implementation and process design
- Sub code maintenance
- Use Salesforce to track and log all activities relevant to customer
- Coordinate new solution and product demonstrations
- Resolve billing and invoice questions and issues
- All report request submittal
- Summit request to Commercial Relations file and data research
- Provide ongoing report and user setup training
- Account detail maintenance (address update, PO, name change, etc…)
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service
- Presentation abilities
- Proficient in using computer software and applications
