Job Description
We are looking for a Middle Level Cloud Engineer with 4-5 years of hands-on experience to join our team.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating environments (software and hardware).
- Monitor operating environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Respond quickly and effectively to technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Provide technical support for enterprise-level applications and systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues related to applications and infrastructure.
- Prioritize and manage multiple open issues, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of reported issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
- Provide training and support to clients and colleagues as required.
- Ensure that operating environments are secure and up to date with the latest software and hardware updates.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of proven experience in application support and cloud infrastructure
- Strong understanding of AWS, application monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with security best practices and change control processes
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver under pressure.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
