Job Description
In this role, you will work with the demand generation marketing team and stakeholders across the organization to contribute to the growth marketing strategy and successfully execute demand generation campaigns. You will contribute to all aspects of demand generation initiatives. The role and responsibilities include:
- Manage, monitor, and optimize multi-channel demand generation strategy (including digital advertising, email, website/SEO, industry media, and webinars) to drive brand awareness, leads, sales pipeline, and revenue
- Create and execute account-based marketing campaigns to generate demand and accelerate pipeline within priority target accounts, including 1:1, 1: few and one: many
- Track lead generation against goals, support lead management, and hand off processes
- Provide regular reports and analyses of campaigns and contribute to developing success metrics
- Contribute to informing the growth marketing strategy, sharing data and insights from across campaigns
- Identify and recommend new demand generation channels as opportunities arise
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, digital advertising, and demand generation.
- A deep understanding of digital marketing strategy and account-based marketing for B2B
- Extensive hands-on technical experience using HubSpot and common digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Google, DemandBase or similar platform) and proficiency in Excel
- Comfortable analyzing campaigns, sharing key insights, and making clear recommendations for a path forward
- A self-starter with excellent project management skills, communication skills and thrive working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders across the organization to successfully execute initiatives
- Experience partnering with sales teams to drive leads through multi-channel outbound and inbound marketing campaigns
- Comfortable with ambiguity, are able to provide solutions in challenging situations, and are comfortable asking questions when needed
- Excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems each and every day
- Health care or health tech experience a plus!

The starting pay range for this role is $48-52/hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
