We are seeking an HR People Partner to become a part of our team.

Job Description

  • Implement HR strategies specifically tailored to the needs of assigned departments, aligning them with the company’s overall objectives;
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for both employees and management within these departments, providing expert guidance on HR matters;
  • Manage the onboarding and adaptation processes, focusing on the effectiveness of the best talent for the specific departments;
  • Conduct performance management and drive employee development programs, ensuring they cater to the unique needs of each department;
  • Guarantee compliance with labour laws and company policies, with a keen eye on department-specific requirements and challenges;
  • Facilitate effective employee relations within these departments, adeptly handling conflicts and fostering a positive work environment;
  •  Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, explicitly targeting improvements within the designated departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus;
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development;
  • Previous experience in the gambling industry is desirable; 
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law; 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization;
  • Proven ability to manage conflict and foster a positive work environment;
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools (HiBob, Asana);
  • Understanding of performance management processes and employee engagement strategies;
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives;
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership; 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment typical in the gaming industry; 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive HR decisions.
