Job Description
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled Learning & Development Contractor with experience in eLearning development to support our training initiatives. This role involves producing engaging, high-quality training content for our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in instructional design and content development, with the ability to translate technical product knowledge into clear, accessible learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales Content Lead to develop interactive eLearning modules and training materials that align with our client’s product portfolio.
- Utilize Articulate Storyline and Camtasia to create multimedia learning content and resources, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and format.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to transform complex topics into digestible, learner-friendly materials.
- Ensure training content is accessible, visually appealing, and adheres to best practices in instructional design.
- Incorporate expected QA review and feedback into the final deliverables
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Articulate Storyline and Camtasia for eLearning content creation.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles
- Experience designing and developing content for technical or software products is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet project timelines in a remote, contractor-based role.
- 2-5 years experience minimum
- possible contract to hire after 3 months
