Job Description

For this Entry Level position we are looking for an enthusiastic, genuine person who wants to contribute to something great, and in doing so, enhance their career. Our team is what make us the best. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Process all employee-related transactions for assigned states in our HR systems.
  • Establishing new processes to help streamline standard practices 
  • Respond to unemployment claims
  • Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status
  • Process employee questions and respond in a timely manner
  • Review all data for errors and report and unusually findings to management
  • Work following privacy guidelines as dictated by state and federal laws

Qualifications

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • Associates degree related to HR preferred or 1-2 years of general human resources or extensive customer service experience.
  • Must have strong computer skills, including but not limited to experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office programs. (ULTIPRO experience preferred)
  • Must be organized, thorough and detail orientated 
  • Good problem-solving abilities and time management skills 
  • Experience maintaining a professional level of privacy in accordance with HIPAA or other relevant regulations
