Sana Commerce has a global product team with members from all over the world. In the past years, we have worked hard to be named “Niche player” in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Digital Commerce of 2022 and 2023. For our future growth, we are looking for a Product Manager Growth and Retention, who takes our product to the next level by creating the opportunities to bring the most complex products and channels of B2B-commerce of our target customers online. Our customers choose us for excellent digital B2B commerce support and our handling of complex products and commercial channels.
Our customers are B2B-commerce businesses who are looking to bring their complex B2B product business online. Either for the first time, or as seasoned online veterans, they are similarly looking for ways to engage with their buyers online and to expand their market and revenue. Their challenge is to translate their complex products and distribution channels to a digital environment in a cost effective and scalable way. Furthermore, as their business is changing and expanding, their digital commerce solution should grow in lockstep.
Our goal is to deliver an e-commerce solution that grows revenue while reducing costs of being online. We aim to get businesses online in market beating time and help them grow their e-commerce maturity over time.
As Product Manager Growth & Retention, your primary driver is to help our customers grow their business, by driving sales to their existing customer base.
You will be the bridge between business and customer needs. You understand the business context from both our company as well as that of our customers
With that knowledge you improve our product to help our customers grow their GMV, up- and cross sell, order value, and repeat order and retention rates. You will do this based on quantitative and qualitative data you gather. With your vision and execution power, you extend the capabilities of our product in such a way that even the most complex scenarios can be served by configuration.
Job Description
You are responsible for:
Product translation of business model to 3-5 year product vision and strategy
Growth and Retention value streams and for commercial and functional outcome of delivered products
product life cycle across value streams in the context of product contribution to company strategy
On strategical level (C-level) manages stakeholders for complete product, pro-actively using established communication channels
Value delivered with combined value streams ($ or (internal) equivalent)
Yearly vision and quarterly delivered strategy & roadmap for combined values treams
You are successful when:
Average GMV, # of repeat orders, and retention rates show significant growth
Significant revenue growth for our target customers
Significant increase in conversion rate throughout the B2B-buyers journey
Significant growth of adoption of our commerce product
What will you do?
Use your experience and knowledge to set and execute a market beating strategy for our e-commerce product
Work together with the Product Managers to align the entire product portfolio in the pusuit of gaining market share
Lead our team of E-commerce Product Owners in co-creating and executing the strategy
Share the vision and strategy with our employees, partners, and customers via webinars and events globally;
Make sure we measure the usage and added value of the integrations and the success of all our customers.
Qualifications
What you bring along:
10+ years Product Management experience
5+ years B2B E-commerce experience and thought leadership
5+ years experience with managing seasoned product owners
You have a customer centric approach and believe that an excellent customer experience is key for your success;
You know that success of our customers is reached through maximizing the value they deriver from their digital e-commerce solution
You are an innovator and have an out of the box approach to challenges that reach beyond the product;
You are able to manage stakeholders well and unite them behind a vision. You are a strong builder of bridges;
You are an extremely quick learner;
You have outstanding analytical skills, and you can handle complex and technical subjects;
You like to satisfy our customers’ needs through regular product delivery;
You have excellent leadership and communication skills at all levels of the organization (commercial and technical).
