What You’ll Do:
Design, develop, and maintain backend systems that scale effortlessly to support over 750,000 global users.
Collaborate with a Scrum team to continuously improve frameworks, enhance system robustness, and optimize key features like authorization, routing, and component interactions.
Tackle complex challenges around stability, scalability, and performance, ensuring high-quality service for our platform users.
Provide technical leadership, helping guide the direction of backend development while mentoring junior developers.
Drive innovation by implementing new features and contributing to the architectural design of the platform.
About You:
Strong experience with PHP, Vue.js 3, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab.
Proven ability to set up backend systems from scratch and manage them through their lifecycle.
Extensive experience working on large-scale platforms, ensuring system stability and performance for 750,000+ users.
A natural problem-solver, capable of managing complexity with pragmatism.
Comfortable working in a no-blame, collaborative environment, where teamwork and initiative are key.
Experience in a leadership role or mentoring technical teams is a plus.
