Job Description
Acumatica is looking for a Senior Director, IT Infrastructure to lead global delivery of corporate systems, networks, mobility solutions, data centers, office infrastructure, incident management, change management, productivity applications, messaging, collaboration, audio/visual technology, security operations, and end user services.
Responsibilities:
Lead and grow existing IT systems team, portfolio and capabilities
Establish corporate IT standards, lifecycle management, and policies
Define corporate remote computing, VDI, new hire provisioning, endpoint management and mobile device management standards
Govern global asset, change, problem and incident management
Develop and maintain IT infrastructure strategy
Lead the analysis, design and implementation of remote access, third party access, corporate/partner portal identity and access management
Adopt and promote architecture principles, standards, and performance criteria
Consult with business leaders to streamline operational workflows and case management
Protect company and customer data according to relevant compliance laws
Establish “As Built” and “Future State” documentation for corporate infrastructure
Collaborate and drive alignment with cross-functional technical solution stakeholders
Balance investments and risk to optimize company value in a 2-year time horizon
Lead the implementation of zero trust security principles and systemic enforcement of security policies
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, MIS, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
- 10+ years of experience as a global IT functional leader (2000+ users), hands on configuration and design.
- Certifications/professional affiliation: Microsoft, Cisco, Data Dog, RingCentral, AWS, Atlassian
- Knowledge of networking, SASE, MDM, DLP, encryption, identity, DNS, email, collaboration technology, case/major incident management, enterprise architecture, performance management, operations, databases, AI tools, contact center technology, data center management, power systems, HVAC, and building access systems
- Ability to lead cross functional global teams, break down silos, make meaningful progress without guidance, organize without direct authority, and influence at VP level and below
- Ability to incorporate industry best practices, benchmarking, and objectively lead recommendations transparently
- Management acumen in planning, hiring, employee development, and budgeting
- Ability to organize global workforce, teams and projects with little direction
- Ability to present to cross functional and executive audiences
- Leadership ability and executive presence
- Deals with conflict constructively and dispassionately
- Up to 20% domestic and international travel
- Work is generally performed remotely with occasional travel to offices and critical meetings
- Sedentary work (exerting up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and involving sitting most of the time with occasional standing and walking)

For this role, the salary range is $215,000-$245,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements.
At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock for full-time employees. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
