Job Description
Technical Skills:
- Desktop / VDI support (Patching and maintenance)
- Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Tickets and alarms: Solutions reported and using all the monitoring applications available to fix them, and coordinating with people specialists to find the best solution.
- Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery, and Managing SLAs.
- Active Directory Implementation and virtualization
VMware Farm Infrastructure: Physical ESXi host server and CISCO network installation and configuration using VMware vSphere (vCenter and ESXi, VMware Horizon)
RADIA / ePO (Security Team): Microsoft Patching and McAfee updating, maintenance
Network Infrastructure: Cisco switches configuration and CORE
Storage Area Network: Installation and configuration
CISCO Application Managing: OM, CISCO Systems, DDMI, MDS Switch NX-OS
Virtual Math Cache Server: Installation and configuration for graphics applications
Operating Systems:
- Linux RHEL
- Windows Server NT, 2000, 2003, 2008, 2012, and 2022 configuration
Qualifications
Must have Skills: VMware Operating System, Desktop and VDI Support (patching and maintenance)
