Remote based role based in the US. Candidates must be physically located within the US.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving company growth through transformational enablement. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in developing and implementing outcome-based enablement programs and curriculum using adult learning principles.
Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Develop and deliver sales enablement programs that align with business goals and drive measurable improvements in sales KPIs, including new business development, customer satisfaction, and retention. Preferred program experience:
- Strategic Account Planning
- Win-Loss Analysis
- AI Tools and Support
- Seller Workshops and Knowledge Shares
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a global team of sales trainers, curriculum designers, and contractors to ensure consistent and effective training delivery.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation and update of training materials, including eLearning modules, sales playbooks, and interactive learning activities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and integration of enablement initiatives.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and make data-driven improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and incorporate them into the company’s training programs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Certifications: Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Sandler, MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, and Value Selling.
