Job Description
- You work with our ServiceNow team to implement the ServiceNow (all the modules) across all global locations
- You provide expertise on all technical questions related to development of ServiceNow
- You are responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow Integration
- You understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes and accommodate into the design
- You develop the technical solutions, implement them and perform the component Integration Tests
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in ServiceNow development
- Deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Integrations
- Good understanding of ITIL
- You speak and write fluent German and English
