The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in the ServiceNow Platform and AI/ML, you will play a critical role in advancing our Finance POD’s capabilities by leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies. Your expertise will enable transformative solutions, including customer zero implementations and the creation of custom AI/GenAI/Agentic AI solutions to address complex finance-related challenges.
What you get to do in this role:
- Collaborate with senior developers, data scientists, and stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Analyze Data by collecting, preprocessing, and preparing datasets to support robust model training and evaluation.
- 40-50% Implement AI/ML Models into scalable, efficient production environments, ensuring seamless integration and reliability.
- Code Excellence: Build high-quality, scalable, and reusable code while adhering to software engineering best practices (e.g., Code Reviews, Unit Testing, Continuous Integration).
- Own Development: Partner with product owners to understand requirements and own the end-to-end development process—from design and implementation to testing and delivering a high-quality product.
- Innovate: Contribute to designing and launching new features and products while enhancing and refining the existing product suite.

Qualifications
Qualifications we're looking for:
- Experience: 5+ years of overall technical experience. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business) is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, building solutions, and delivering impactful use cases.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to build Proof of Value (PoV) and Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions.
- ServiceNow Knowledge: Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform is an advantage.
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, exceptional documentation abilities, and an aptitude for learning and collaboration.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to prioritize effectively and focus on high-impact activities while staying organized and proactive.
- Passion for Innovation: Enthusiasm for research, technology, and driving forward AI/ML solutions in a dynamic environment.
