Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on CMDB, ITOM modules, and integration with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the functionality of our ServiceNow instance, ensuring data integrity and alignment with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Maintain and enhance the CMDB, ensuring accurate representation of cloud resources.
• Collaborate with IT and cloud teams for data modeling and configuration management.
• Implement and support ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Cloud Discovery and Event Management.
• Monitor CMDB health and implement best practices for data quality and compliance.
• Create and maintain dashboards for reporting on CMDB metrics and insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on CMDB and ITOM modules.
• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud services.
• Experience with ServiceNow Cloud Discovery and integration with third-party tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL and CSDM best practices.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow processes.
