Job Description
ServiceNow is looking for a Sr. Director of Product to lead product strategy, planning, and execution of industry products and solutions in the Healthcare and Life Sciences vertical. This executive will closely partner with engineering, platform, horizontal products teams and GTM teams to craft a compelling vertical product strategy roadmap and drive execution.
The ideal candidate is someone who is familiar with ServiceNow’s platform and current applications portfolio and has Healthcare domain experience(Provider, Life Science, Payer), and feels comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal guidance.
What you get to do in this role:
• Craft and execute a prioritized product roadmap that enables our business goals
• Create a collective understanding of both the "why" and the "what" of our product strategy and GTM roadmap, iterate and report on our long-term product vision and strategy.
• Partner with other Healthcare and Life Sciences leaders to continuously iterate on our processes and ways of working to optimize all of the above
• Lead direct team of inbound product managers while partnering with cross functional teams including outbound product management, engineering, and UX to formulate product strategy and execute on product roadmap.
• Partner with peers in the GTM teams to ensure that products and GTM is fully aligned and executing to one common rhythm.
• Become a trusted resource working alongside the GM of Healthcare and Life Sciences to promote ServiceNow’s Industry vision with industry influencers, strategic partners and analysts.
• Influence horizontal products and platform roadmaps, to leverage innovations that’s delivered across the entire ServiceNow product portfolio.
• Develop a product strategy to work with ISV and SI partners to complement product roadmap and bring holistic solutions to the market.
• Identify M&A targets in partnership with the GM of Healthcare and Life Sciences, Corp Dev and GTM teams to help expedite product roadmap and revenue targets.
• Track competitive landscape and industry trends and re-adjust as necessary to maintain product differentiation.
• Drive product adoption with early customers and stay closely plugged into customer, partner, and field feedback, to improve product and drive roadmap.
• Own your own budget and drive aggressive revenue growth through thoughtful investments in the right product priorities.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
• 10+ years of enterprise application product management experience – at least 5 years in SaaS. Ideally ServiceNow Platform, CSM and FSM experience of 5 years
• 5+ years of experience in formulating high level product and GTM strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, incl. compelling on stage presentation persona.
• Familiarity with Healthcare and Lifesciences industry trends, competitive landscape and whitespace opportunities.
• Ability to be both hands on as well as driving a team to innovate at scale.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to set a vision and energize teams towards a common mission.
• Successfully led multi-level product organizations
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly collaborative temperament and ability to influence in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and current applications portfolio is a plus.
