Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
■ Help build startups from the ground up, making them meaningful and beautiful.
■ Prepare documentation, quotations, and contracts.
■ Define the scope of work, customer journey (using simple design thinking and UX principles), and technical feasibility.
■ Collaborate with our designers to create mockups, prototypes, and new user experiences.
■ Work closely with Team Leads to coordinate and lead our teams (design, tech, marketing) to maximize the success of each project.
■ Ensure effective communication through Jira, Google Drive, and Slack with all teams, the PM, and the customer.
■ Learn quickly, adapt, take initiative, and seek out ideas to constantly improve both individually and as a team.
■ Prepare and present simple documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
■ Conduct research, evaluate feedback, and iterate on designs based on user feedback after the launch.
■ Available full-time (minimum 40 hours/week)
Qualifications
YOUR SKILLS
■ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to foresee and resolve issues before they arise.
■ Familiar with tech development processes. You don’t need to be a developer, but you should be passionate and knowledgeable about all things tech.
■ Able to switch between high-level analysis (e.g., "Is the project on track?") and low-level problem-solving (understanding the details and resolving small issues with a hands-on approach).
■ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
■ Some experience with negotiation.
■ Productivity and efficiency expert.
■ Highly organized: leverages productivity tools to reduce complexity and manage hundreds of small tasks simultaneously.
■ Familiarity with UX design is a plus.
