As a global Talent Acquisition Team, we focus on finding great talents, anticipating business needs, and supporting our hiring managers to hire successfully. We are aiming for successful long-term hires and driving an innovative recruiting process with a great candidate experience.
We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on Contract, to support hiring across our Corporate, Post Sales and Marketing functions within North America and Latin America. You'll lead and drive end to end recruitment processes, partnering with our leaders to source and attract the best talent to Dynatrace.
Your role in the team:
Be the expert: You will drive the search for a specific set of roles at Dynatrace. You will push the status quo and concentrate on finding innovative ways to attract talent.
Hire: You will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment for Dynatrace, including sourcing, interviews, offers, negotiations and closing candidates.
Partner: Foster and cultivate relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders and leadership to deliver upon strategic long-term needs. As a trusted advisor you’ll coach and advise based on your knowledge in the IT market and the competitive landscape.
Evangelize: Be a passionate Dynatrace brand ambassador before, during, and after recruitment.
Organize: You’ll own multiple requisitions and balance moving quickly with a great candidate experience. You’ll use your own judgment on how to best organize, prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
This is a contract position.
Candidates who live within a 45 mile radius of Waltham, MA, Boston, MA, Detroit, MI, Denver, CO, or Mountain View, CA will be required to work hybrid.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of college coursework and recruitment experience.
- 3+ years’ experience in recruitment activities is required.
Preferred Requirements:
- Strongly prefer that majority of experience is in a technical and/or software industry, recruiting for non-exempt and professional positions.
- Proven experience of recruiting across several positions and teams, ideally with North America and Latin America.
- Both Agency / Inhouse will be considered.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute individual tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
- Profound communication skills and ability to lead meetings in a way that facilitates thoughtful conversation.
- Ability to listen, ask relevant questions and understand the goals of the business.

DOE, $45/hour - $60/hour. Compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
