Job Description
Job Summary
Operating with broad direction, this role will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing management, insights, and reporting processes that align with evolving general compliance and legislation, transformation and market practices.
The role will establish core principles and methodologies for global compensation projects, and for compensation-related Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directives (CSRD) bringing them to life through agile, sustainable processes and policies to ensure:
- Our data and system management, combined with robust reporting capabilities, are tailored to enable the successful and sustainable execution of these projects.
- These initiatives enhance Data/People insights by providing timely, dynamic, relevant, and impactful information, ensuring consistency across all reports and reinforcing core principles.
- Processes are formalized within a framework or policy where necessary to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Collectively, these components inform decisions that shape the future of Total Rewards, grounded in sound financial stewardship.
By shaping these processes, this role will play a key part in influencing Endava’s global reward practices, driving efforts to effectively attract, retain, and engage top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the continued adoption of best practices related to Pay Equity and Transparency legislation, with a specific, time-sensitive focus on the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and external advisors to define the key elements required for compliance with Pay Equity and Transparency legislation.
- Conduct ongoing global pay gap analyses (EU-focused initially) to assess impacts across various dimensions, including pay ranges, compa-ratio, overall pay gaps, peer pay comparisons, and pay equity.
- Design and implement global data management and reporting processes to ensure systems effectively support these critical analyses and initiatives.
- Drive enhancements to country-specific reward structures based on insights derived from these regulations.
- Assess the impact of revised work architectures on Pay Equity and Transparency, particularly in relation to career transparency principles.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and address the implications of new processes on existing systems, ensuring sustainability and alignment with reporting capabilities.
- Develop and execute communication, training, and change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, senior leadership engagement, and employee outreach initiatives.
- Integrate people data from all stages of the employee lifecycle—including headcount, turnover, absence, L&D, talent/succession planning, engagement, and performance management—with Pay Equity and Transparency objectives, DE&I demographics, and CSRD requirements to generate impactful insights.
Stakeholder Management
This role requires close collaboration with multiple functions to coordinate efforts and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to fair pay and pay transparency. This role will be responsible for orchestrating the work between these teams to ensure alignment and adherence to our values, legal and ethical standards.

Organizational Profile
- Work experience in highly matrixed organizations with globally distributed teams reporting into a centralized structure.
- Demonstrated success in implementing compensation and benefits programs, policies, or processes with measurable impact.
Subject Matter Knowledge
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of:
- Pay Equity and Transparency practices.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) principles.
- Federal, state, and local regulations related to employee compensation.
- Expertise and proficiency in compensation modelling.
- Mid-level knowledge of laws and regulations related to base, incentive compensation and equity programs.
- Familiarity with broad Total Reward methodologies (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Radford).
Communication and Leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly when working with senior management.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, with 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in Total Rewards.
