Job Description
We are merging learning & development solutions, education and learning technology, and psychometric assessment, augmented with AI.
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to craft visually engaging, user-friendly experiences for web and mobile platforms. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to transform ideas and wireframes into polished, responsive, and accessible interfaces that enhance the user experience.

What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile.
- Optimize user journeys and interactions to improve engagement, particularly with AI-powered features.
- Ensure designs are responsive, scalable, and meet accessibility (A11y) standards.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless design-to-development process.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing.
- Contribute to design guidelines and component libraries to maintain consistency.
- Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to refine UX.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—are essential, as you’ll be working closely with a global team.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with developers and product managers.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS).
- Experience working with frontend frameworks such as React.
- Knowledge of AI-driven UI design (chatbots, voice interfaces, conversational UI).
- Experience in building and maintaining design systems for scalability.
