The Role – Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential candidates.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system to review candidate data, including credentials and contact information.
- Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media.
- Take ownership of the entire hiring process from start to finish to adhere to corporate objectives and strategies in the responsible function.
- Coordinate with the relevant hiring manager to better understand the role.
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using feedback from hiring manager.
- Build out a candidate pipeline for current & future hiring needs.
- Set up candidate interviews with hiring managers.
- Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with existing employees.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in full cycle recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business admin or a similar discipline is required.
- Understand selection evaluation and a deep interest in social media and digital recruitment technologies.
- Capacity for multitasking and the ability to function under time constraints.
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Good experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment under minimal supervision.
- Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and a team player.
- Highly collaborative and excellent communication skills in a remote environment.
