As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with our valued restaurant partners. You will be responsible for growing the Irish market, ensuring flawless execution of our services, and exceeding revenue targets.
What will my Responsibilities be?
- Develop and implement a strategic account plan to meet sales targets and improve revenue growth.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with restaurant partners, providing outstanding customer service and support.
- Actively seek and generate new business leads, finding ways to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Operations, to successfully implement sales strategies and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, continuously seeking ways to improve our competitive edge.
- Use sales tools and CRM systems to supervise progress, manage customer information, and generate insightful reports.
What are the Requirements for the successful candidate:
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, ideally within the hospitality or technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to compete effectively in a competitive market.
- Exceptionally organised and meticulous, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and effectively prioritising tasks.
- Motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and a drive to accomplish challenging objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
